Bar Facilities

Bezalel Wine & Brandy Estate has fully licensed bar facilities and professional staff with more than 7 years industry experience.

We give you the option of doing an Open Bar, Cash Bar or Partial Cash Bar during your reception. For an Open Bar, we will supply all of the alcohol and mixers required and only bill you for everything used, afterwards. This is a fun way to treat your guests and ensure everybody has a great time.

For brides on a budget, a Cash Bar is a wonderful option. The bar facilities is all ready included in your Venue Cost and your guests pay for their own drinks.

If you would like to offer your guests some beverages, but do not want to break the bank, a Partial Cash Bar would do the trick... You could do a happy hour, where you pick up the tab during a 1-2 hour timeframe and then a cash bar the rest of the evening. You could perhaps provide “drink tickets” for each adult guest. These can be included in your invitations along with the other enclosures. After your guests have used their tickets, they will be required to pay for any additional drinks. A lot of couples are quite comfortable with this approach, as you are able to dictate a reasonable and responsible level of drinking for your guests to partake in. This approach can be seen as a socially responsible effort to discourage excessive drinking. Another popular option is providing beer and ciders free of charge for your guests, but if they would like hard liquor, they can pay for that themselves.

Brides should remember that as well as the venue, caterer and decorations, the bar service is a vital part of an enjoyable wedding reception. A professional, responsible and courteous service will always leave a lasting impression on your guests... Don’t let your bar service be an after-thought in your planning.

We try and run one of the best stocked Wedding Bars in the area and have a wide selection of beers and ciders to please as many guests as possible. Our policy on hard liquor is to generally only stock one brand of a kind. One kind of whiskey (Bells), one kind of Gin (Gordon’s), one Vodka (Smirnoff) and so forth. It is however impossible to stock everything on the market... So if we’re missing something that you know your guests enjoy regularly, just let us know beforehand and we will stock it especially for you.
